BIOPLASGEN/BIOCOMBINATION 17 Indications: An approved remedy againstheamorrhoidalknots all kinds of piles. External piles with stinging pains. Bleeding piles with or without pain. Haemorrhoids (Piles) are venous swellings of the tissues around the anus; those above the dentate line (the point where modified skin of the outer anal canal becomes gut epithelium), which usually protrude into the anal canal, are termed internal haemorrhoids, while those below this point are called external haemorrhoids. 1. In the case of internal haemorrhoids due to internal pressure, there may be congestion, bleeding and eventually prolapse. 2. In the case of external haemorrhoids painful thrombosis may develop and if associated with constipation and hard stools, cuts may lead to bleeding. 3. Aesculus Pentarkan along with Bioplasgen/Biocombination 17 is helpful in bleeding piles. Composition: Calcarea fluorica 3x, Ferrum phosphoricum 3x, Kalium muriaticum 3x and Kalium phosphoricum 3x in equal proportion. Proven indication of the ingredients within the claimed sphere of action: Calcarea fluorica: It is an effective medicine for varicose, enlarged veins, painful internal or blind piles and bleeding piles. It covers itching of the anus, fissures, sore crack near lower end of the bowel and constipation. Ferrum phosphoricum: It is indicated for haemorrhoids in persons sensitive to cold, inflammations, and indigestion and normally with a desire for some type of stimulant. Kalium muriaticum: It is useful in bleeding piles in constipated persons. The pathogenesis covers sub-acute inflammatory conditions, indigestion of fat and rich foods and flatulence. Kalium phosphoricum: It is well-known nerve medicine, all gone sensation, bloody stool and prolapse of the rectum. Contra-indication: Nil. It is a safe, non-toxic medicine and can be used for a longer duration without any side effects. Dosage: Adults 4 tablets, at a time, four times a day at intervals of three hours. Presentation: Tablets of 100 mg in bottles of 20g.
