Indications

Clinically this remedy is useful in cases of problems of vision and affections of eyes, headache, stricture of oesophagus, cracking of joints and diarrhea. Eyes: Sensation as if eyeballs would be pressed outwards. Quivering movement in the left canthus and tickling in the left eye, with severe pain and flow of tears. Stitches in the inner canthus of the eye. Eyeballs feel larger with dimness and whirling before eyes. Grey spots and blackness before eyes. Flickering before left eye as if from small fiery stars in front of it, disappears when blinked. Stomach: Bitter taste and burning in the stomach from indigestion. Eructations after eating with constant yawning and hiccough. Though stomach is full it feels empty with nausea and vomiting. Cutting pains in the abdomen with diarrhea . Limbs: Cracking in joints, with difficut motion. Limbs feels heavy as if paralysed. Sensation as if there were bruised spots when touching the limbs with engorged veins. Pains in all the bones, especially when the limbs are stretched from tension in tendons. Fever: Chills with goose-flesh for several days from noon to evening, at times appears earlier. Fever with flushes of heat in face worse after eating, over whole body. Fever without thirst, with dimness of vision, pressure in the eyes. Hot breath, hot lips, hands, and feet. Burning under skin of the face with sweating. Sweat followed by burning heat in hands. Head: Confusion of the head and intermittent stitches in temples especially on the left side. Vertigo on raising the head, which gets worse on stooping. Pressure in occiput from the vertex for several days, pressure on eyeball as if it would come out. Pressure on forehead especially when stooping with heaviness of the head. Modalities: Symptoms are worse by motion, by touch, by walking, by stretching the limbs. Other symptoms are found in: 1.
