Indications

Ferrum arsenicosum is a valuable homoeopathic medicine prepared from arseniate of iron (triferric diarsenate, Fe ₃ (AsO ₄ ) ₂ ). It is especially known for its strong action on the blood, liver, spleen, and kidneys. This medicine is well suited for conditions such as anemia, Bright’s disease, chlorosis, and enlargement of the liver and spleen. Ferrum arsenicosum is characterized by symptoms of intense heat, prolonged fever, emaciation, and debility, often accompanied by digestive disturbances and profuse sweating.
