Indications

Ferrum magneticum is a deep-acting mineral homoeopathic medicine prepared from black oxide of iron by Sesquioxide of iron, also known as Loadstone ( FeO·Fe ₂ O ₃ ). It is associated with nerve-muscle imbalance, intestinal disturbance, eye affections, and fatigue from slightest exertion. Suited to those with indolence, irritability, and mental indecision, it shows a broad influence across the nervous system, digestive tract, vision, and skin. Acts notably on the abdomen, flatulence, diarrhoeic states, and rheumatic or paralytic pains. Also addresses warts, whitlows, and visual phenomena like colored halos and transient blindness. Common Name:  Magnetic Iron SBL’s Ferrum magneticum can be helpful in the following conditions: Paralysis and Jerking of Limbs Neck stiffness on waking, better lying on the painful side. Cramping, jerking, and paralytic pulling in limbs, especially arms, wrists, and knees. Pain in hip joints, calves, heels, and feet; worse on walking or bending. Warts on hands and wrists, whitlow (herpetic infection), spots like ephelides on arms. Flatulence and Eructation Aids in flatulence, grumbling abdomen, and post-meal distension with mental fatigue. Ferrum magneticum supports nausea, abortive eructations, and painful epigastrium.
