Justicia adhatoda , commonly known as Malabar Nut or Adulsa, is a homoeopathic medicine derived from the leaves of the Justicia adhatoda plant. Belonging to the Acanthaceae family, it has been traditionally valued for its therapeutic properties in treating respiratory disorders and fever. In homoeopathy, Justicia adhatoda is primarily used to address symptoms such as cough, bronchial rattle, and respiratory infections. It is also employed for its effects on fever, nasal congestion, and asthma like symptoms.
