Trombidium is a homoeopathic medicine prepared from the tiny red mite Trombidium muscæ domesticæ , belonging to the family Acaridea . The tincture is derived from the animal itself. It is chiefly known for its powerful action on the digestive system , particularly in cases of diarrhoea and dysentery with marked tenesmus and prolapsus ani , but its influence extends to the nervous system , joints , and skin as well. Common Names:   Rani Keeda,  Red Mite SBL's Trombidium can be helpful in the following conditions: • Digestive Disorders o Aids in diarrhoea with gripping abdominal pain, tenesmus, and frequent, small, mucous stools. Helpful in prolapsus ani following bowel movement. Helps flatulent distension and painful conditions of the abdomen and liver. • Joint and Muscle Pain o Helpful in rheumatic and shooting pains in joints, especially the hip , knee , tibia , and shoulder . Helps manage sciatica and sharp pains that shift or alternate sides. • Liver & Abdominal Affections o Manages  darting pains in the liver region, soreness under floating ribs, and abdominal pain linked with bowel movements. Helpful in conditions like colitis or intestinal irritation . • Toothache & Oral Discomfort o Helpful for toothache in decayed teeth, especially left-sided, aggravated by cold air, talking, and lying down.
